Red blood cells

A self-provided dataset contains 148 microscopic images of blood smears. A Nikon V1 camera mounted on a Nikon ECLIPSE 50i microscope with the magnification of 100x is used for imaging. Images are stored in JPEG format with 3246×2448 pixels resolution. The database is prepared with the contribution of Medical Image & Signal Processing (MISP) Research Center and Department of Pathology at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences (IUMS).
